Veterinary Care Assistant

Gemma joined our team in Autumn 2020 and supports our day time nursing teams. Gemma has studied Animal Management and has a passion for aquatics!

Gemma studied Animal Management at Bishop Burton College and has loved expanding her knowledge and caring for all types of animals ever since. In September 2022, Gemma qualified as a Veterinary Care Assistant.

At home, Gemma has a gorgeous Lakeland Terrier called Loki as well as two tropical fish – a team she hopes to expand in the future.
