** Concerns raised on behalf of a registered pet owner by a third party (anyone not registered to the account in question) will only be addressed once full written consent from the registered pet owner is held on file at our practice.
** All matters will be investigated thoroughly prior to a considered response being provided
** It may be necessary to request clinical records from another practice in order to process your concerns. Failure to permit us to obtain any such records may affect our ability to address your concerns in full.
