There are two ways to claim on your pet insurance – direct and non-direct claims. Wicstun Vets will help you to process a non-direct claim. This means that you pay for treatment at the time and we will help complete a claim form for you.
Once your insurance provider has assessed your claim for you, they will send any reimbursement directly to you.
In exceptional circumstances a direct claim may be possible, however authorisation will be required and we would ask you to contact us directly to discuss any such request with the management team.
