Exciting news regarding our rehabilitation centre at the hospital at Market Weighton.
In addition to our extremely busy hydrotherapy and therapeutic laser sessions, we have now joined forces with Frankie Bickerdike, a Veterinary Physiotherapist. Frankie is started her career in human physiotherapy and 2015 completed her post graduate diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy.
Each animal requires individual assessment and treatment is tailored to temperament, engagement and tolerance. Frankie ensures physiotherapy is a positive experience for all.
Rehabilitation comes in many forms, and we not only support patients with chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, but also assist patients following injuries or encourage healing following surgeries.
Our surgical teams perform both orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries and strive to provide the very best post operative care and treatment for your pets. The results we are seeing following orthopaedic procedures have been absolutely fantastic. Frankie has been with us for a few months now and is already building up quite the following.
