Sophie qualified in 2019 from The College of Animal Welfare and join the Wicstun family that same year. Sophie is our Surgical Co-ordinator at the hospital.

“I love all aspects of my job and have a special interest in dealing with critically ill patients and dealing with emergencies coming into the practice. I also enjoy theatre as a part of my job and helping patients get through surgery safely and in the best possible way! I have been an RVN since April 2019 and joined Wicstun at this time too. In the past 2 years I have developed my knowledge in the theatre and surgical area and I am currently working towards a certificate in Surgical Nursing as I have a passion for this part of my job!

She spends her time away from work with family, friends and her own pets; a horse called Star and two terriers Dylan and Esther.
