Jo gained her veterinary nursing qualifications in 2006 through studies at Myerscough College, Preston. Since qualifying she has undertaken additional studies to become a clinical coach and a veterinary nurse training assessor. She joined the Wicstun team in 2007.

She thoroughly enjoys all aspects of nursing, from running clinics to taking part in orthopaedic procedures. Looking for the next step in her career, Jo has taken on the position of Head Nurse and is currently studying towards a management qualification.

When not at work, Jo loves to spend time with her husband and young son, Sam. The family recently welcomed ‘Fez the wonder kitten’ into their home and chaos is often the flavour of the day.
